Fresh for Kids
I really like this website. It has fantastically fresh recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. There are also collections of recipes grouped into the four seasons (Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring).
There is a Kids Corner with fruit & veg characters, activities & facts. There are also a couple of information resources, including videos (and a teachers section).
They even offer cooking classes in primary schools (but unfortunately for the rest of us, it’s only for those in Sydney).

Perfection
Perfection is an Australian fresh produce company. Their website offers many healthy recipes containing fruit and vegetables.

This website offers some fabulous food ideas and ways to make fruit and vegetables tasty and interesting.

For those of you who like to add a little flavour to your water or to get your kids drinking more water, they have ‘20 Refreshing Infused Water Ideas to Keep You Healthy & Hydrated’.

A great, well setup website that is inviting and easy to navigate.

Taste
The taste.com.au website is certainly a favourite among many Aussie families and once again they do not fail with their kids lunchbox recipes.

There are pages upon pages of recipes and recipe lists.
This is a website that will take you a while to scroll through but you’re sure to find something on there that will satisfy your child’s tastebuds.

Example of recipe lists include, ‘30 healthier freeze- ahead school lunchbox ideas’, ‘30 easy ideas for school lunch boxes’, ‘50 lunch box ideas for fussy eaters’, ‘A term’s worth of new nourishing lunch box ideas’, ‘31 savoury slices perfect for kids’ lunch boxes’. The list goes on and on and on...

I recommend you check this website out (if you haven’t done so already).

Kidspot
This is another popular website that features many recipes. Not just for lunchboxes but also for dinners, baby & toddler food, party food, sweets and budget meals.

What I like about this website is there are filters to narrow down your searches. For example, in the lunchbox section you have the options for a ‘Nut-free lunch box’, ‘Gluten-free lunch box’, ‘Healthy lunch box’, Lunch box snacks’ and ‘Easy baking for kids’.

For those of you struggling to get your kids to eat breakfast in the mornings, they have ‘10 healthy breakfast muffins that are GREAT for non-morning people’.

This is another website that has pages upon pages of recipes so it may take a while to scroll through. But definitely worth a look for some inspiration.

Weet-Bix
This good old Aussie breakfast cereal has been made into a variety of fancy breakfasts and tasty treats.
There are frittatas and fritters, cookies and slices, pikelets and flatbreads, smoothies and shakes.
Pull the box of Weet-Bix out of the pantry and have a look at these Weet-Bix recipes.
There are also a few gluten free options too.

Cancer Council - Healthy Lunch Box
This website has a handy lunchbox builder where you can select each food group and it will give you lunchbox ideas and recipes to include.

It also includes recipes, snack ideas, sandwich filling ideas and healthy alternatives for some of the common but unhealthy lunchbox items.
You can also filter the recipes for your specific diet and allergy requirements - Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free and Vegetarian.
They also have a food blog which includes many interesting articles, including ‘Taking the pressure off feeding fussy eater’, ‘8 tips to reduce food waste’ and ‘6 ways to make vegies taste even more delicious’.

Healthy Eating Advisory Service
The site includes many recipes and ideas. Some of these are under headings, including 'Menu planning for babies', 'Healthier baked items', 'Snack Ideas - Morning and afternoon tea' and 'Fun ways to add vegetables to the menu'.

There are also many articles, recipes and downloadable resource sheets for a range of food allergies and intolerances (including cow's milk, eggs, soy, nuts, fish & shellfish and wheat).

Recipes show clearly which are vegan, vegetarian, soy free, nut free, low lactose, lactose free, gluten free, fish & shellfish free, low FODMAP, egg free and dairy free.
